2. Booking services

tripscan.ai acts as an intermediary connecting you with airlines, agents, and suppliers. Final ticketing is subject to supplier confirmation and fare rules displayed at booking.

3. Pricing

Displayed prices include applicable taxes and disclosed service fees. Prices may change until payment is confirmed and the offer is revalidated.

4. Agent accounts

Agents must provide accurate agency information and maintain valid credentials. tripscan.ai may suspend accounts pending IATA or document verification.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, tripscan.ai is not liable for supplier delays, cancellations, or schedule changes beyond our reasonable control.
